Well, August was really about one thing for me – my incredible Greece trip! The rest of the time I spent mostly madly whipping round east and central London flat-hunting. Of course, I did find time to have one or two London adventures along the way, including spotting a number of fantastic sunsets. Now I’m all settled into my new place and wishing myself back on the boat or swimming in those crystal-clear turquoise waters… amazing!
First up I headed Back to the Future, 1950s style, with Secret Cinema
A beautiful evening in Southbank
Ocean and I celebrated surviving the first ever Blogstock Festival… just!
Another stunning London sunset
The incredibly sad, moving and beautiful Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red installation at the Tower of London that commemorates the fallen of WWI
And a different Tower view – from the Shard at sunset
I can never resist a golden St Paul’s Cathedral
Rock-jumping at Spetses, one of the Saronic Islands in Greece
A standard lunch stop – just another swim and gossip session in an incredible location
Sunset in Hydra, Greece
The Acropolis, Athens, Greece
Ok, that’s a lot of sunsets! What was your favourite adventure / experience / moment of August?
