Happy Easter! Whether you celebrate it, or are just enjoying a long weekend, I hope you’re having a lovely time. I’m spending five days in magical Iceland with friends. Although it’s been pretty rainy – sadly no Northern Lights for us – that hasn’t stopped us touring the Golden Circle, taking a road trip along the southern Coast, and practicing a bit of pony whispering. It has been an amazing trip so far!
