I’m lucky enough to live with a chef, and have benefitted all year from the leftovers he brings home from time to time. However, last Sunday Paul went above and beyond, producing a delicious Christmas dinner for 10 of us whilst barely batting an eyelid! From time to time it still strikes me as strange that we are celebrating Christmas in the cold – although I’m well aware that most here find the idea of a warm Christmas much stranger! However nights like these, with friends, laughter, stories and of course delicious food, are to me the epitome of what Christmas is all about – sharing the good times with those you love. I’m so grateful to have found my flatmates and the rest of my London family – they are all awesome!
