More excellent door and flower coordination in Islington
May – wow you sped by! Another month filled with broken-arm healing, VERY busy times at work… but with a wonderful 10-day holiday in Southern Spain at the end with my family to finish it off in style. The hideous attacks in Manchester and London may have put a temporary dampener on the spirit of the country but I was proud to witness how London (and I’m sure Manchester) feels like a place of resilience and determination, not of fear and hate.
In my happy place – Broadway Market with delicious hand-rolled sushi
I had a lovely day out with Laura of This City Life London hunting down many gorgeous doors and views in Hampstead
Heading down the Thames with my parents who are visiting from New Zealand
Those gorgeous Greenwich views
Another awesome Highbury picnic – Happy Birthday Emma!

My family road trip around South Spain was amazing – so many beautiful places! It’s hard to pick a favourite from the incredible architecture of Cordoba, the delicious tapas we ate in Seville, and the charm of Granada but rest assured I’ll have plenty to share on these soon.
June started in Spain and I’ll also get to visit my 35th country when I go to Krakow – very exciting. Apart from that, I’m planning lots of picnics and park life – summer in London is my favourite season! I’ll also be trying to tick a couple more off my London Summer Hot List.
What does the rest of June hold for you?
